Just before that Saturday's New Moon, (perfect for this), we will learn how to really set intentions. So many of you have asked for a class, or book on how to do this. What is the difference between intentions and affirmations? How are intentions different from expectations? How do I word them? Help! After a relaxing, informative evening including a guided meditation calling in angels to exercise our Free Will, everyone will go home refreshed with a gem empowered Reiki spray for Setting Intentions.
