For 7 years, my I Am Well spray has kept my clients basically free from colds and flu. It lessens the length and duration of illness, should they actually contract something.

While I won't make medical claims, the fact that flight attendants, mothers, fathers working on shared computers, hospital workers, etc, have been ordering my spray like crazy during our current health crisis tells me I have something beneficial here that they trust. Instructions:

Shake, spray, inhale and rub in hands until dry. Spray fine mist on items and leave until dry.
